Elder Law focuses on the legal issues and challenges faced by older individuals (“senior”) and their families.  While it encompasses many aspects of traditional estate planning, Elder Law also addresses the difficult questions many seniors will face, including:

  • What if I need long-term (i.e.-nursing home) care?  How will I pay for it?  Will I lose my home?
  • Who will take care of the things I can’t?
  • What else should I be doing to prepare?
